Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged Items
- If you received a damaged item, please notify us immediately for assistance.
- Damaged goods due to shipping can be replaced after we receive the damaged item back.
- We will cover the shipping costs for returning and replacing the damaged item.
Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at : Spawn3dllc@gmail.com or our chat service.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
